"Yesterday, I purchased a Electra Glide Ultra Limited from Gildner's HD. This is my fourth Harley in the past 10 years and Gildner's was the third dealership that I have dealt with. Let me say that I am completely satisfied as Ken was the easiest dealer I have ever worked with (out of 6 dealerships). Everything was set up through e-mail and telephone as I live some distance from West Branch. Ken was straightforward, immediately offered a fair deal on the new bike and a reasonable offer on my trade-in (2006 FXDWG). When I arrived at the dealership everything was ready and the bike was prepped in the most excellent manner. There's something to be said about a family owned and operated dealership and as long as the Gildner's are around, I will not purchase another HD from any other dealer! Ken and his family are the best!"

"I was completing a trip around Lake Michigan with four other HD owners, when my bike began experiencing an oil leak. I contacted your store and was informed that you would be closing in about an hour and a half. I let your employees know that I was going to attempt to get my bike to the store prior to closing and explained the problem that the bike was having. Do to traffic and other uncontrolable circumstances, the trip to your store was almost two hours. I rode into the parking lot and was informed by a fellow customer that you were closed. I looked into the store and one of your employees opened the door and asked if they could help me. I informed them that I had telephoned earlier and needed some oil. I was really set back when they said that they were awaiting my arrival. The oil leak turned out to be a loose air filter hose, however I still required additional oil. Your employee also provided me with a possible cause, not knowing that I had already located the problem. They were also correct concerning the area of the leak! Thank you for looking out for your customers, New (like me) and I'm sure old as well. Your friendly service and customer care were one of the bright spots to an already unbelievable trip. You have made an old customer for life. Thanks again. "

"I love Gildner's. Although it has been a long time since I've been there. I rode a Norton Commando and one afternoon my friend Berk Calkins and I blew off the afternoon from work to go to Gildners to look at motorcycles. I bought a used 81 Sturgis on a recommendation from Fuzzy. It served me well for a couple years and several thousand miles - Bucks did the service and they always stayed late when we rode up from Midland to take care of us - even after hours. One Friday night we were back in West Branch and stayed late as usual. We ended up at a local watering hole (Rau's) with Fuzzy until they closed. I had been drooling over a new Softail Custom for some time and Fuzzy had one on the floor. After a too many "quenchers" Fuzzy and I talked and talked about the Softail. I woke up at home the next morning with a dry mouth and a pounding headache and a cocktail napkin that said 1989 Softail Custom - 1$. I called up to West Branch and talked to Fuzzy and asked excitedly if I bought a black Softail from him last night. Fuzzy just laughed, said "No" and hesitated then he said "it's red!" and hung up the phone laughing. I was at his shop on Monday afternoon with a check from the credit union to pick up my brand new Black Cherry Softail. Needless to say, I'm a fan. The HOG Group in West Branch rocks too."
